Appliances: Bosch, Miele & Caple
Worktop: 12mm Neolith Artic White ceramic worktop
Comment from our customer:
Modus kitchens were fantastic. I assumed they would be too expensive but I was pleasantly surprised by the range of styles and designs to suit all budgets. Michael was excellent and spent a lot of time helping us design and choose a kitchen that maximised space and functionality, while incorporating bespoke items. Nothing was too much bother and we really appreciated the time Michael spent helping us get it just right. The kitchen was delivered to schedule with an excellent fitting service. Highly recommended!
Kitchen: Nobilia Line-N True handleless in 428 Slate Grey & 698 Oak Provence Mix
Appliances: Bosch, Elica & Mercury
Worktop: Nobilia 330 Concrete Grey Reproduction & PRIMA
Main points of interest: This mixture of contemporary grey with warm oak tones is very on trend in German kitchen design and the modern appliances are perfectly paired with the Freestanding Range cooker (finished in stainless steel) which adds an abundance character to the overall aesthetic.
Due to the introduction of Oak, a homely feel is retained and the addition of natural oak breakfast bar juxtaposed with the contemporary slate tones help provide a well balanced mix of tone and texture.
Kitchen: Pronorm Y-Line & Proline TU Light Grey with BU Onyx Grey
Appliances: Siemens, Liebherr, Quooker
Worktop: Caesarstone concrete 2003
Main points of interest: This fabulous Pronorm kitchen features a stunning mixture of matt and gloss texture furniture. We used a 95mm off set breakfast bar to contrast the thinner 20mm worktop for the main island surface. This added depth and created a nice informal dining/entertaining area.
Rather than go full height throughout the kitchen, the large footprint allowed Modus to use of mid height units with horizontal ovens and floating display cabinet as a feature. This resulted in the full height single piece doors housing the Liebherr fridge and freezers to stand out but not dominate the design.
Kitchen: Warendorf – 3 colour tone Bespoke Smooth Lacquer Finish Special NCS/RAL Colour
Worktop: 30mm Aqua Corian
Main points of interest: This Warendorf German kitchen conversion from the existing kitchen floor-print had a small space to work with as the property is a historic building and one of Chelsea’s most prestigious former mansion buildings.
Due to this restriction with space, wall units were stacked and stepped to create additional clever storage whilst not encroaching into the floorspace any further. Concealed lighting under cabinet and wall lighting when combined with the tiled splash-back and seamless Corian work-surfaces help create a very functional kitchen and a great example of what can be achieved with a small footprint

“We are so pleased we chose Modus to design and fit our new kitchen, we decided to extend the size of the kitchen which involved removing 2 internal walls and Modus project managed the entire project from design, sourcing reliable builders and fitting the kitchen. They delivered an extremely professional service from start to finish, on time and within the agreed budget, and we can’t fault the quality of the kitchen or the appliances. I would thoroughly recommend Modus to anyone looking to work with a local company who makes time for their customers throughout the process. Our kitchen has transformed our home and is now the focal point where we spend the majority of our time.”

“After 3 1/2 years, I am still happy to have asked Modus to install my kitchen. Tailor-made for a 1930 semi’s smallish kitchen, there is space for everything, leaving the beautiful granite worktops uncluttered. Well-used during all those years, the kitchen still looks like new, which is proof of both the high quality of the furniture and of the design and installation work.
Having been very happy with my new kitchen and bathroom, I asked Dinesh if his team could decorate the rest of my house. It was the best decision I made. I particularly want to highlight the high quality of the work and the wonderful team, who made a project that, could have brought lots of stress, as I was living in the house and the rooms had to be done one after the other, into a totally stress-free experience. I’d like to highly recommend Modus.”
